Technical Difficulties...
Several people have e-mailed to tell me that they are unable to post comments on the blog. I have the "comments" settings as liberal as they'll go, and apparently people are still having trouble. Might this have something to do with Blogger's new automatic spam filter that I can't seem to get rid of or modify?
Anybody have any ideas? Anyone with a Blogger account having the same issue? What the hell am I doing wrong? Is it time, once agan, to think about moving over to Wordpress? Please feel free to leave a comment, unless, of course, you can't...

Will I, somehow, manage to break through Blogger's anti-comment shield? Or have they set aside a special purgatory for comments by Wordpress users?
ReplyDeleteWe shall see.
Is this deja vu all over again? Was it here or elsewhere that it was discussed that in the login page one gets directed to (and states in so many words that you are not recognized), hit log out, login but do not check off the little box ("stay signed in") below email and password boxes. Let's see if it works...
ReplyDeleteWell it worked for me. However i would not know about on our page. Seems that i am normally the only one to make comments.
ReplyDeleteMy sister was having problems with comments and found that she had to uncheck the box "keep me logged in" when she kept getting bumped to the login page.
ReplyDeleteAlso this might answer any of your questions:
